Smart Podium ID422W same as Wacom 21UX?

Postby Wimkaay » Thu 10. May 2018, 21:00

Hello everybody,

I have bought a Smart Podium ID422W. After searching on the internet, some people say the internals are the same as a Wacom 21UX. The back label states Wacom. So are there any Wacom drivers compatible with the Smart Podium? I would like to use the pressure sensitivity. Thanks in advance!

Some Smart Podium devices were build with Wacom hardware, for models with extra buttons an additonal driver would be required, but apart from that the regular driver will probably work - be aware that we do not support and test Smart devices and cannot garantee that it works. But I would just try with the corresponding Wacom driver for your operating system.

Hi Wimkaay! I am looking the same solution for my Smart Podium ID422W, I installed newest Wacom 21UX driver but is not working ;/
Did you already found a solution? I can't install Smart Podium drivers because they are crash on my Windows 10 every 10 minutes of use, do you have a similar problem?
Best,

Magdalena
