Opinions on my homemade Cintiq stand wanted

Postby khaiky5 » Sat 2. Jun 2018, 00:21

Hello all, I have had a homemade stand for my Cintiq27QHD for about a year now, and I just wanted to see what others thought of it's ability to support the screen without damaging it. I'll include a link to show you all some pictures but basically it's made out of wood, with the Cintiq almost fully vertical supported on the bottom by two notches made into screw-fastened boards. It rests via the rubber parts on the bottom cushioned on sponge. My Cintiq is specified to weigh about 20lb/9kg. It seems to be holding up okay though, but I welcome anyone's thoughts! Also let me know if the photos aren't clear enough
