Cintiq Pro 16 display toggle issues and 4K

Postby PoliSt » Sat 9. Mar 2019, 17:01

I got my Cintiq pro 16 a few days ago and decided to start working on it today, but I faced some unbelievably annoying issues. When i first turned it on yesterday I got 4K the minute i switched to port 1(using USB-C) .Despite that, today i had major issues with display toggle which i’ve currently fixed but now i can not for the life of me get the 4K back.I don’t understand much but i can’t help but think that now i will not be able to get it back. What should I do?

Hello.
Can you please tell me which Operating system are you using and how did you set up your monitors? Which one is the main one? Are you connecting USB-C to direct USB-C?
