Cintiq 21Ux Disconnects on pen input - Windows 10

Postby luckydee » Tue 30. Apr 2019, 21:07

Hi all,
I really hope i dont need to scrap this cintiq but i cant get it to work in any way and it's really frustrating

Issue: Cintiq 21UX disconnects as a monitor as soon as you start using your pen on it, before it works fine but then it completely loses it's screen display, windows doesnt recognise the monitor anymore.
OS: Windows 10 , newest update
Driver: Newest version under Wacom's website

I tried to downgrade the driver to no go, but there are a million versions of drivers... I tested it on 2 seperate PCS and on both with the newest drivers it stops working as soon as you start using the pen, it immediately goes black

Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

Thank you!

Just a thought - are you able to try a different pen?

I have not seen this issue before but sounds like a hardware issue. Try a different USB port. If the issue persists, please contact our support -
