The tablet should work with the 6.12 driver, though we do not test such rather old tablets anymore.

Hello Rjay,

Did the 6.12 driver work in Windows 7 for your Wacom ET-0405-U tablet?

I am in the same situation. I forked out heavily a few years ago to buy this tablet and it still works perfectly (in WinXP, until now), so I don't want to buy another tablet, just because there is no specific driver for it.

Hopefully Wacom will address this issue soon and point to a working driver for this tablet with Windows 7! :)

Thanks!

We do not test newer drivers anymore with the Graphire 1/2 models, but version 6.15 should still be ok.

Interesting as I've just tried to install my Graphire tablet on my Win7 laptop.
No matter which driver I use, the pen eraser end works fine (as a pen), but the pen tip does not work at all! Does this mean it's a hardware issue rather than driver, as I've tried altering pen settings to no avail.
Any help appreciated.

Correct, this is a pen hardware issue. You need another pen in this case.

On the top of this page select CustomerCare/Support and then Driver. Select the name of your tablet (Graphire) and your operating system. That leads to the latest driver.
