Wacom Cintiq 16 - problem with color

Postby NikitaS » Fri 14. Jun 2019, 12:19

Hello

I noticed that my new Cintiq 16 made bright grey color a bit yellow. Could someone tell me is it normal for this entry level model or I should to use RMA?

You can see the yellow aureole on the photos.

I tried to connect the Cintiq to different computers (PC and Mac) but nothing has changed.

Thank you for the any help

Hello.
Please use the Wacom Display Settings and adjust the settings to your desire. This is no reason for RMA. Perhaps you can start by adjusting the color temperature but bear in mind that you will have a very hard time making 2 monitors match if they aren't calibrated with a colorimeter.

Thank you very much for your quick reply! I will try to calibrate it.
