No signal on Cintiq Pro 13

Hi,

I have seen multiple threads on this subject on internet but have not found a solution to my problem :
The tablet shows No signal when i try to use it.
I'm using it on a WIN10 computer with the wacom link plus adaptor and HDMI port.
The tablet was working correctly a few months back, even if I randomly met this problem from time to time.
Back then,I managed to solve the problem by reconnecting every cables, but it won't work this time.
I also reinstalled the drivers and rebooted the computer.

Make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in correctly. No Input Signal means that the video signal is not reaching the Cintiq. If the issue persists contact our support - https://www.wacom.com/support

Hello,

so i contacted wacom support.
They told me to try another HDMI cable. My HDMI cable is brand new so i did not want to buy another one.
Anyway, I dont know how but after trying to reconnect everything on the wacom link plus several times, by miracle and completely randomly, my cintiq worked.
It has been working fine since then, even if i had to reconnect cables from time to time because of the no signal message.
But today,I dont know why, it is not working anymore. This is very frustrating since I have to work on my project.
Any solutions, tips ? I feel a bit helpless since wacom support has not been very helpfull...

The issue is clearly in the connection. There is no other solution or tip we can provide other then replacing the cables. Support should be able to help you replace the Wacom stock cables but we can't help you with 3rd party cables.

So I think I found the solution.
I installed the latest version of my Nvidia drivers and it's been working fine since yesterday.
Hope it stays that way !
