New Operating System releases:
macOS 12 ("Monterey") support: Is there a driver for macOS 12 Monterey?
Windows 11 support: Is there a driver for Windows 11?

Issues with MS Edge browser:
When MS Edge is updated to version 94 and then opened and interacted with a Pen display the computer will crash and give the “Blue screen of death.”
This is NOT a Wacom driver issue, it has been reported from other devices using Windows Ink as well.
Disabling Windows Ink in Windows will resolve the issue.

Display setting not working on MobileStudio Pro

I was trying to adjust the brightness on my MSP and clicked on "Display Settings" only to get the error "Compatible display device not founds".

This is really perplexing as the MSP is a stand-alone tablet and doesn't need to be connecter to a computer/laptop for it to work. As seen in the screen shot linked below, Wacom Desktop Center says the MSP is connect but that there is not a compatible display.

Hi,
That should definitely not happen.
Can you tell me the MSP model, Windows OS version and Driver version?
Please make sure Windows is fully updated if you haven't done this yet.

I have the MobileStudio Pro 13, I have Windows 10 (Version 100.19042 Build 19042 according to System Information), and Wacom driver is version (6.3.42-2)

I had found this guide (https://machollywood.com/blogs/news/com ... y-settings)
when I first did a quick google search of my problem. This sounds like what might be going on with mine but my MSP is obviously not a Mac

Thanks. The issue on Mac is different. Windows does not have such requirements.
Did you check if there are any Firmware updates available from the Wacom Desktop Center?
Are you able to use the device in Desktop Mode - you will need the Wacom Link or the Wacom Link Plus depending on your MSP generation.
Please contact our support team. They will need to collect logs and forward this to the driver team.
