Hi all, I am using latest Inkspace on iOS 16.1 (iPad Pro 2017 12.9 inch) to sync from Bamboo Slate A4. The Inkspace on iOS frequently quits unexpectedly, especially when I am viewing or combining or splitting. Moreover, the Inkspace on iOS frequently add duplicate pages, some times up to around five duplicate pages. Could you help to suggest the reason and the workaround of these annoying issues ? If these issues can be fixed, the experience would be much better.

Thanks for your post. We have seen one other customer report something similar to what you are experiencing with issue (1) but the dev team has not been successful in replicating yet.
For (2), this is the first I hear about it and it may or not be related. The duplicate page may be coming from the Smartpad.
Would you mind contacting our support team so we can collect more details and report to the Inkspace Dev team?

I have contacted your support team on issues (1) and (2) by separate tickets. I have received reply on issue (1) and replied with multiple screen recordings. Looking forward to any progress or fix.

What could I do in the mean time ? Is there new firmware for Bamboo Slate A4 ? The firmware version on mine is "b160929a-b160923a", which indicates old firmware from 2016.

Hello, I have received another reply on issue (1) that the issue is reported to dev team and that the issue is probably due to temporary service adjustment. However, I am having this issue so frequently that the reason being temporary service adjustment is both doubtful and hopeless for me. I have sent another two screen recordings from today where Inkspace on iOS16 quit unexpectedly three times in five minutes both in live mode and non-live mode. I hope there can be a working fix rather than the temporary service adjustment statement.

Unfortunately without being able to replicate, it is hard to find the root cause of the issue and address it.
There is no recent firmware release for the Slate nor anything in the pipeline as far as I can tell.
Would you mind sharing your ticket numbers? I'd like to have a closer look at all the information so far.

Apologies. The issue is still being investigated by the devs. I has not been possible to efficiently reproduce the issue and identify the problem.
